There’s a word in Korea called “ajeom,” which combines the first syllables of achim (breakfast) and jeomsim (lunch) to mean a meal that’s both breakfast and lunch. But somehow, when it’s a cozy meal with bread or soup, I feel like calling it “brunch” instead of “ajeom.” It just sounds more fitting.

This morning it was 8°C, so for the first time in almost two months, I went for a run around my neighborhood. On the way back, I stopped by Paris Baguette and picked up a sandwich. They had Mary Queen strawberries, so I grabbed some—but they tasted pretty bland 🥹

There were so many ducks around today, which made the run more fun. Though in the photo it’s Mr. 500 Won (well… to be honest, it was more like run-walk intervals than an actual run).
